Software Engineer: Develop, maintain, and deliver technology-driven software solutions that meet the strategic objectives of clients. Gather and analyze requirements for applications and create technical specifications and high-level designs using a variety of industry-standard development tools and languages including .NET framework, HTML, and ASP. Review project requirements, expectations, goals, and feedback with the infrastructure team and determine project scope, phases, and timelines. Develop applications using a variety of web-based technologies and development languages such as C, SQL, and Python. Convert project requirements into code using software algorithm design, performance tuning, bugging, and testing. Develop applications using scalable and extensible architectures to meet client needs. Perform software and application flow analysis and test data management software and related applications for performance and data integrity for continuous efficiency and quality assurance. Test applications to identify defects and debug applications to ensure adequate performance, balancing, usability, and automation of new and existing software. Develop improvements and upgrades, design additional applications, configure more efficient components, and implement robust application architectures to address issues. Document design specifications, maintain software configuration standards, and document troubleshooting. Provide technical support to all software and applications users. Stay abreast of the latest advances in technology and industry trends.

The position requires little travel - 24% of work time, several days but less than 60 days per year.
Salary: $147,368.00 per year.
